Should a non-application related problem be encountered, MSSi will begin system level problem determination and advise you how to correct or work around the problem.

If necessary, MSSi will act as your advocate to IBM Rochester Support to own, interpret, diagnose, and resolve issues as directed by IBM support. A valid IBM Software Maintenance Agreement (SWMA) is required for this support.
